Pulmonary Artery Aneurysm in Behcet's Disease : A Case Report

Abstract
Behcet's disease in an uncommon systemic disorder characterized principally by recurrent apthous stomatitis, genital ulcers, skin lesions, and uveitis.
The authors experienced Behcet's disease associated with pulmonary artery aneurysm.
Pulmonary manifestations are generally considered to rare but varied.
Proximal pulmonary artery aneurysms may be prominant and usually appear 3 to 4 years after the onset to systemic disease and are related to both thromboembolism and pulmonary vasculitis.
We represented a case of Behcet's disease associated with not only left inferior pulmonary arterial aneurysm as pulmonary manifestation on computed tomographic magnetic resonance imaging and angiography but also typical clinical triad.
